As of October 2024, I am accepting traditional Medicare Part B insurance. The keyword is TRADITIONAL. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, I am not able to accept your insurance.
If you have traditional Medicare Part B insurance, you will need to bring with you a prescription for physical therapy from your doctor, your Medicare Part B ID card, and any ID card you may have for supplemental insurance. Supplemental plans are meant to cover Medicare deductibles and coinsurances and they ARE accepted.

$40 per visit.
15-minute phone screenings are free of charge. Please be aware that these sessions will not include treatment. The goal during this session is to assess the appropriateness of physical therapy.
If you are a Medicare beneficiary, the answer is YES.
For all others, the answer is NO. Under North Carolina law, you do not need a doctor's prescription to start physical therapy. In some other states, you need a doctor's permission to continue physical therapy after a certain time period or number of treatments, but North Carolina does not currently have any such restrictions.
